Counseling for Abuse Survivors

We believe survivors

Victim Services is a special department of Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC) that provides free and confidential services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, child abuse, and all other forms of abuse.

Their office locations are only shared with clients who are currently receiving services in order to protect privacy.
