Partner with us.

We have a compassionate approach, guided by the following principles.

Inclusive
When we say ‘Everyone is Welcome’ we mean it. Everyone who comes through our door should feel safe and comfortable expressing their true self.
Family-centered
Social service programs are not silos. Our team works together to listen to your story and find as many solutions as we can for your household.
Trauma-informed
Asking for help should not be a traumatic experience. At WIRC, our team members treat you with respect and compassion without judgment.
