WIRC’s social service programs cannot happen without support from generous, caring donors like you. Some of our programs are funded by community donations. Thank you for sharing our mission of helping people in need.
How can I help?
There are several ways you can help people through WIRC:
Where should I direct my gift?
Here are some suggestions:
Make a monetary donation
Donate by check
Your donation can be submitted by mail or hand-delivered to our office during normal business hours. You can find us at: WIRC, 133 West Jackson Street, Macomb, IL 61455. Please list a program on the memo line so we know where to direct your gift.
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Donate online
To donate online, please choose from the list below to direct your donation to a specific program. Online donations are processed through our Network for Good page.
Host a collection drive
Good, quality coats are expensive, and the costs of toys are rising every day. We greatly appreciate community members who host coat, book, and toy drives for our Project Santa program, which gives these items to children of lower-income families in need during the holiday season.
Please get approval from us prior to your collection drive so we can discuss our greatest needs. You are welcome to contact our agency at 309-837-2997 or email wirc@wirpc.org to get started.
Legacy Giving
Giving in memory of a dear loved one is a wonderful, thoughtful way to honor that person’s legacy by helping others. You may direct the gift to whichever cause you believe would be best in line with their wishes. This moment can be a time of celebration of your loved one’s memory, and a path of hope for people in need.
Planned giving is also a caring way for you to help others through WIRC for many years into the future.
If you would like to schedule an in-person meeting to discuss Legacy Giving, contact Roger Pavey by calling 309-837-2997 or emailing wirc@wirpc.org.
