WIRC Disaster Relief Program for Warren County

Were you impacted by the severe storm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026? WIRC is working with the State of Illinois (DCEO) to get disaster relief funding for eligible households in Warren County, Illinois.

To be considered for this grant, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Your residence is in Warren County, Illinois.
  • You experienced damage or some issue directly related to the storm on June 17, 2026.
  • Your household’s total gross income is within the limits (see chart below).
  • The damage or issue is something that is covered under the program.

Examples of damage or issues include (but are not limited to):

  • Home Damage
  • Utilities Pulled Away From Home
  • Fallen Trees That Need Removal
  • Something Else

To get started, we need to hear about any damage or issues you experienced (or are currently experiencing) due to the severe storms on June 17, 2026.

Our Partners

You can visit the Warren County Public Library or Jamieson Community Center for assistance with filling out your online application or to print a paper copy.

Warren County Public Library Hours:

  • 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday.

Jamieson Community Center Hours:

  • 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
